Nous devions prendre un bus pour une visite de la baie de Ha Long à 7h et avons choisi cet hôtel comme point de rendez-vous, car nous voulions y être déposés après la visite, pour y passer une nuit après la tournée. Nous avions nos bagages dans la rue en attendant et ĐA nous a accueillis et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages là pendant que nous prenions un petit-déjeuner avant d'être pris en charge. Ils se sont souvenus de nous à notre retour et ont été très amicaux et serviables pendant tout le séjour."

The location is perfect just a short stroll to the lake or anywhere in the old quarter. It's such a busy place but you fel away from all the hustle and bustle of the street. "My top priorities when picking a hotel are: cleanliness/well maintained, quiet area but centrally located, and boutique or small-to-medium hotels a Splendid delivered this and more! The staff, Cindy and Happy, went above and beyond in the check in and check out process. The breakfast food was excellent - so much variety and all deliciously made. The rooftop views were absolutely incredible. I also really liked that it was walking distance from the central area but now IN IT; the location was perfect. The hotel is really well maintained and the room was very clean. I wish I would’ve spent all my time at this hotel (my poor planning is to blame). But if your priorities are like mine, I would HIGHLY recommend staying at Splendid. It was my favorite hotel stay!"
