"We were running late to check in. The website says they close at 9 pm. We arrived right at 9. No one was there. The next day, the front desk person said they close at 8, then retracted and said he waited until 9 pm. That was not the case. "This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."
