I felt that every single employee went out of their way to make our stay perfect. My daughter and son-in-law got married during our stay. It was perfect! Everything they had both dreamed & hoped for. "Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous. The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude. The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife. Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I recommend the outdoor beach eating palapas, especially ‘El Chiringuito’. I recommend hiring a tour guide/driver like Juan Santos to take you to the local archeological sights. You need nerves of steel if you want to drive against the local drivers. They have their own road rules. My family and I went to celebrate our birthdays in late Jan-Feb. I don’t want to stay in hot uncomfortable rooms or have mosquitos bothering me. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Don’t overpay for cabs. The concierge will help you arrange rides into Tulúm. The property is sublime with nothing lacking. Only minus for us is dinner portions are small and pricey. I can’t wait till my next visit. "
