"We stayed at the Royalton Splash May 22 - May 26 and had an overall wonderful time. The food was good we ate at Rio, The Cave and Zen and had the buffet for breakfast. We also frequented the Cafe daily for coffee and snacks! My favorite snacks at the Cafe were the yogurt with strawberry puree and the fruit cups. My son loved the Oreo and Red Velvet cupcakes. "Great hotel! Clean, spacious rooms with an amazing view of the sea. Staff was very helpful & attentive. Made custom meals that weren’t on the breakfast buffet menu to cater to dietary restrictions without me having to ask. "

"Absolutely loved the property, location, breakfast buffet options, personalized check in, and VIP amenities. The entertainment throughout the day was wonderful. The butler staff (Alex and Eladio) was AMAZING and very attentive. The only mediocre part of the stay were the cocktails. The best option was the smokey margaritas prepared by Hector. "It was our third trip to Mexico. We really like staying at adult-only, all-inclusive resorts. The staff always goes above and beyond to meet our expectations. However, the food still tastes like typical resort food in Mexico. Our room, number 1638, had a beautiful view of the ocean - it was a King ocean view suite. We were offered an upgrade, but we decided to keep our room because of the amazing view. The evening entertainment was enjoyable and not too loud, so it didn't disturb our relaxation...

"If you have children this is the place for you! The swim up bar closed a little early in my opinion but other than that it was nice. The food was good and if you needed something restocked in your mini bar in your room they were very fast. Room service was great! "
