Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

Loved the pool, breakfast and employees were so nice!

Very friendly staff, great location, clean property

Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Very nice, small hotel (6 rooms, that backs up to a golf course. Owners very involved with the guests as well as very lovely people. Breakfast is great. Staff extremely accommodating. All at very good prices compared with the larger hotels in the zone.

Absolutely amazing! It’s an expensive resort but you honestly get what you pay for! Jonathan was our butler and he moved mountains to accommodate us. Even after we moved to another room, we could still count on him answering our questions, reserving activities, making reservations, but most importantly giving what I believed to be honest feedback. My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. As opposed to one of the larger resort’s maze of paths and pools and restaurants (and people,) the Sun Palace has a more intimate boutique hotel feel. It’s been recently renovated, and it shows. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite (room 530) at check in (tip: wait until check in to upgrade for an opportunity to negotiate the price. American style hotel. Cleaning service every day, very well taken care of, comfortable bed. The room had everything I needed! The rooftop pool and lounge was amazing. The location is super close to shops and stores, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Felt very safe and secure.

Loved this hotel, would definitely recommend and stay again! The staff was great, the breakfast was very good, the rooms were clean and the rooftop area was a perfect hangout spot. Yes, the pool tiles need to be redone but that doesn’t effect the relaxing time we had there. The location is central to downtown but the rooms are silent inside. Loved our 3 nights here!

Had an excellent 5-night stay at the stunning Hyatt Vivid Grand Island. Located just a short 15-minute ride from the Cancun Airport, and nestled on a beautiful lagoon- it was the perfect location.
