Waterpark Hotels in Quintana Roo from AED 153

Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. Find the adorable coffee spot walking distance from this hotel and walk to the beach on the other...

absolutely amazing! my wife and I booked this trip last minute and were hesitant as this is an all inclusive resort. we've stayed at several resorts all around the world and this is one of the BEST to date. The property and architecture is truly breathtaking. The people are so humble and kind, the restaurants are basically mini michelin start pop ups. You never have the feeling that you are at an inclusive, the exact opposite. This is an extremely special property and we hope to come back very...

My wife and my 4 daughters stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace to celebrate my daughter’s 15th Birthday. We loved every minute of our stay. The staff were friendly. The service exceptional. The pools were amazing. The pool water is warm and we were able to swim in them at night. We never had a problem finding pool chairs or beach chairs. The beach is beautiful with white sand and palm trees everywhere to give u shade. The Caribbean Sea had different tones of aqua blues that were incredible. The 6...

We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. I couldn't go to all the restaurants during my 5 night 6 days stay, but my favorite was DOMO. Domo is a must go restaurant. Over all staffs are well trained and have professional...

The property is absolutely gorgeous. One of the guests was kidnapped by 6 guys who pulled him into a van and shoved a gun down his throat until he transferred $1,000 via a cash app. This was a 10 minute walk from the property, so stay safe and don't go off the grounds.

Wonderful staff beautiful views. great food

Wonderful property, the service was amazing the views were the BEST!

we been in barcelo caribe, property - great, food- great, service great! also we were visiting other properties, like beach and tropical.. same here but choice of food better in caribe!

Staff is amazing had an amazing stay. My Butler Yuri made it everything so easy and checked in on us everyday. She was the best! Carlos from the Gourmet hall provided us with the best service every morning for breakfast. I will definitely be going back to this resort.

As someone who travels very often and has visited plenty all inclusive properties , me and my family had the best service and experience at the grand palladium. the food , location , and service was all great . However our best interactions was with Paul the guest service manager. Paul was very professional and respectful and was able to accommodate my parents to make them happy . He would go out of his way to make our experience and stay the best. I think Paul is a great addition to grand...

The only disappointment was the inability to make restaurant reservations in advance. We were looking forward to enjoying the different restaurant options as promoted vs buffet every morning and night (tho no complaints about the food at the buffet), but even tho we attempted to book right after arrival, we were able to secure only two restaurant reservations.

I stayed during the first days of this beautiful hotel and I can say that it was a pleasant experience. It is correct that everything is new, including the staff, but there was no moment where I felt that things were missing, I think that at this moment it is just enough to have a very good vacation, with few people and fast service. Unfortunately, the sargassum problem also affects this hotel and the beach is not at its best, however, they have a giant lagoon-type pool that made me not miss the...

We stayed at the Grand and the facilities were so clean! You never saw room service trays or random drink cups sitting around. Staff were all beyond friendly and accommodating. Property is very big so they have golf cart service to give rides to wherever you want to go, and we never waited more than a few minutes, if that! Restaurants were easy to get into and make reservations, buffett was also good! Only negative to the trip was the salespeople trying to book you into the vacation club. ...

Absolutely beautiful property and outstanding amenities! Nothing is perfect but this was as near perfect as it could be. Lovely room. Awesome pools. Best and most consistently excellent customer service we have ever experienced, from golf cart drivers to family host, restaurant workers, bell hops..every one was accommodating, kind, and all seem to truly love there jobs

What made our stay most enjoyable is we relaxed and still had great options to keep our 3 year old busy. We don't like overly crowded and party atmosphere resorts and this was the perfect fit. It allowed us the recharge time for quiet moments by the pool with great service and then still could get away to take a kayak or private boat out for the day which was so convenient and overall a wonderful vacation for us as a family of 3.

This was our third time staying at this resort. We were there 9 days. The resort grounds, pools, beach, common gathering areas are kept immaculate. Most workers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The food at the ala carte restaurants, the beach club breakfasts, pacos tacos, piaza pizza are very tasty and fulfilling. The main buffet is okay for breakfast, but hit or miss at dinner. Depending on stay length, you are allotted a certain number of ala carte restaurant reservations. In our...

Fun trip to Puerto Aventuras and a stay at Dreams Aventuras. Have made several trips to Cancun, Akumal and Tulum and this was our favorite resort by far. What we liked: *Size - resort was not gigantic by any means. One building for all guests and did't have to walk 10 minutes to get to the pool, beach, restaurants, etc. - not that we mind walking by any means. It just gave the resort a more quaint feel. *Restaurants - all restaurants were fantastic. Loved El Patio the most. Bonus is that you...
