"We booked the Lotus Boutique Hotel for three nights initially at the start of our Vietnam family holiday. Travelling with a group of seven including a toddler of 21 months, two rooms here were ideal. The hotel organised an airport transfer for is at a very reasonable price. Jennie, the manager could not be more accommodating, organising a street food tour which I highly recommend. She also organised our train tickets together with a cruise on Halong Bay. We also had laundry done at a very reasonable price. As far as value for money is concerned, we received outstanding value for money. The breakfast was good, the wifi was very good.I highly recommend the Lotus Boutique Hotel and would definitely return here if staying in Hanoi again. The location is outstanding."

I visited to celebrate a birthday, but the day came and went without any special acknowledgment from the hotel—no small gesture like a slice of cake or a card, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the overall experience was still worthy of four stars. A special mention to Trang in the F&B department, who was outstanding and made a real difference to my stay."
