"The family room was beautiful and worked really well for our family. I loved the unique decor! Despite being on the 2nd floor in a busy part of the city, it was fairly soundproof. The real standout was the fantastic staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable, safe, and interesting as possible. They were very helpful in many ways, including getting us tickets to a water puppet show. Massages at the spa were great and my kids LOVED the breakfast buffet. Great location for exploring Hanoi old town."

"This hotel is a pure gem we loved this and was sad to leave. From the moment we set foot into this hotel we were looked after and they could not do enough for us even give us 2 young girls as tour guides who took us around and showed us the sites where to eat and drink anything we wanted they took us and such lovely girls. We only had breakfast which was spoilt for choice was that nice and our room was amazing could not have picked a better hotel so happy and would return here next time we visit."

"Had an incredible 5 night stay at the Grand Du Lac. The rooms were very nice and comfortable (particularly the big bed) and the amenities were all clean and well maintained. A special Thankyou to all the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable - organising car transfers, tours to Ha Long Bay and all the yummy food recommendations. Overall the best feature was the location. Grand Du Lac is situated on a quieter side street, which had limited traffic and road noise, perfect for those sleep ins. Yet it was only a 1 minute walk to the church and start of the busyness/shopping areas. Would highly recommend! 10/10"
