The hotel is nice but not worth the money in my opinion, will be choosing a different hotel next time around! They over charge, don't tell you that you have to pay for parking and then charge your card, was just overall very confusing at how they run things. "

"Hotel is in a GREAT location with a dedicated parking garage (costs extra, per day). VERY CLEAN with a pleasant smell. The suites are snug, but the kitchenette has great accessories + an actual oven, and a large mini-fridge! The hot tub, pool & sauna are also great. The tub in the suite is oversized, and the shower has great water pressure. We only interacted with the staff at check in and check out, but they were friendly. The housekeeper was very good & quick on the one day we took our sign down for service. However, the elevator situation is awful- only 2/3 work, first of all. Both of which take a long time to arrive, usually causing lines of people waiting and packed full elevator rides. The rooms are a bit dated and the beds are not comfortable. For the cost, though, our family of 5 would absolutely stay again."
