So helpful and super hospitable. They were so helpful when trying to book tours and giving us advice on where to shop/ walk around etc. They let us keep our bags at the hotel for free after check out. The managers Mary and Lukas were so kind, they helped us with our itinerary for another city! If I were to go back to Hanoi, I wouldn’t even look at any other hotel.
