"I had a lovely stay at Hyatt Place for almost a week. It started off great from the go, when I arrived feeling a bit under the weather and asked if I could have an early check-in. That was granted, complimentary. The room was lovely, great bed, soft pillows, clean and modern. The only minus would be that the air was a bit stale and you can't open the window. Also, I don't know if there was another room or something else right above me, but whomever was there made quite a ruckus. Sound doesn't...

"It was decent. However, I was in a bit of rush when I got to the room. One of the lights and the TV wasn't working. It got fixed, well I thought it had. The tv remote then didn't work. I didn't have time to ask for it to be fixed again. I was also told at the desk that breakfast was included. However, when I checked out,I was told I had to pay for it. I was too tired to say anything. But it cost me an additional £40. Don't believe everything they say on reception. It was a lie "

"Fabulous place to stay at in the Shoreditch area. Tons of things to do within walking distance and/or the tube. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped to check us in early. Highly reccommend! "
