"I chose this hotel because of the location and reviews I saw in Expedia. It was a nice hotel but there were a couple of things I did not like. One thing was that there were private parties in the restaurant on 2 of the nights I wanted to eat there. My only option was room service which didn’t appeal to me. Also I only had one electric converter and the hotel does not provide additional ones as a courtesy. When I asked I was told to go across the street to buy one rather rudely. For the price of staying at the hotel I think they should provide one. Other hotels I have stayed in in Europe do that."

"Spacious room quite clean and new. I was just expecting something a bit 'higher quality' given the price. Also, the hallway design (passing by hundreds of rooms and very simple hallway/ corridor) feels a bit like 'prison' and not matching the wonderful entrance experience. Rooftop bar is a great surprise and offering best view over the city!"

"This property is really beautiful and steps away from everything. The hotel itself is gorgeous and the front desk staff went above and beyond helping us book tours and giving us information. They booked us into a roof top bar so we could see the sunset over the Duomo! The room is so clean and the staff are in every morning and night. Bottled water is replenished every day and is complimentary which is so nice when you come back after a long day.There is a mini bar which we did not utilize. The only thing I would mention to anyone booking this hotel is that our room had a very tiny shower and it was difficult to move enough to wash your hair maybe check that you have a full size bath or shower. Our room overlooked the street so no view at all. We had to keep the curtains shut because we looked directly into another building. Otherwise it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!"
