"Great hotel in a good location in the heart of Hanoi. The room was comfortable and well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a great atmosphere. Easy walking distance to the main sights, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again."

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"

"Really enjoyed our stay at Oriental Jade. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with exceptional aircon! "The location is excellent, staff are very professional and helpful. Stayed in junior suite, large room, quiet aircon, quiet from any street noise and very comfy bed. It’s an older colonial style building but we enjoyed that charm, rather than sterile hotel. Pool is adequate for a cool dip. Highly recommend."
