"Excellent hotel right in the heart of Naples. Don’t let the entrance fool you. It may be a little hard to find but the hotel gave excellent directions to the small elevator off of Via Toledo, a pedestrian only street, to access the hotel. Once the elevators doors open you will access a chic hotel with superior service, lovely rooms with good soundproofing given all of the activity on the streets just outside. The free breakfast was terrific each morning. Many good restaurants and shopping just a few steps outside. The port is only a 10 minute easy walk to hop on a ferry to Capri. "

"10/10 would recommend Upon arriving at Napoli Class Luxury B&B we were kindly greeted @ reception on the 2nd floor. We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel. The suite was a situated on the same floor as the breakfast room & terrace. Terrace was equipped with the perfect day beds for rest and/or tanning - in addition great views of the main shopping area. The room itself was outstandingly clean, equipped with strong wifi and a Smart TV, comfy bed and sheets, a Juliet balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities. The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto. Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep. They also offer a baggage room in case you want to explore Naples post-check out. Highly recommend. This stay was such a treat! "
