"All of the staff, but Charlotte especially, were super friendly! We felt so welcomed - every time we arrived to a group of happy faces, a warm welcome and a chat about our day. "This was my first stay in Hanoi, Vietnam and it was the best decision. From the moment you step in front of this hotel, you know it is going to be magical. The architecture in the lobby alone is enough to make you never want to leave. The staff was super kind and helpful which was honestly the cherry on top.
