"The resort itself is very new, modern, clean, and well equipped. The gym is excellent, and the overall amenities and park areas are very good and well maintained.
The regular bars were average in quality, but acceptable considering the price. The à la carte restaurants were generally okay, although they were often very busy. The evening shows were also average in quality and could be improved.
The biggest issue during our stay was the service, especially in the buffet. Staff were often very slow, and service was inconsistent. The buffet food was average in quality with limited variety for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There were also long lines at the grill stations, especially during busy hours.
The buffet was usually overcrowded, and we often had to ask several times for water, drinks, or basic service. Sometimes we had to get things ourselves because nobody was available to assist us.
Communication was also difficult because many staff members had very limited English.
The beach area was nice, but unfortunately the water was quite dirty during our stay. I do want to mention that the staff were constantly working and trying to clean and maintain the beach, so their effort was noticeable and appreciated.
Overall, the resort has a lot of potential because it is new, attractive, and has very good facilities, especially the gym and amenities. However, the food quality and variety, buffet organization, staff responsiveness, entertainment, and overall service need improvement."
