"Our family suite was very comfortable, large and luxurious, built in the new wing of the hotel. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Especially Jim, at the front desk gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants all of which turned out to be great. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Hoan Kiem lake, just minutes away from the heart of the old quarter. Highly recommended!!!"

With the ability to store luggage, recommendations of what to see and do, even a train schedule for train street! They did a sweep of our room before we left to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, and offered us a place to freshen up when we came back to get our luggage before heading to the airport. Fabulous service- Lily and Susan are absolutely fantastic. The buffet breakfast had everything we could want and more. Definitely 5 stars. If we even return, this is the only place we’d stay!"
