"Liz was fantastic. She checked us in at the front desk and greeted us in a very welcoming way. Alex handled our bags and was super nice ! I was comfortbale leaving my bags without a worry. I also had an issue with my bag. And Alex did not stop until it was found. I am very Satisfied with the staff's performance.. I found this resort perfect Because not only does it have a party vibe but you can find many spots where you can just sit back and relax. Max, that works at the Italian restaurant and the Japanese restaurant was the best waiter in the whole resort to me. I witnessed him treat everyone like family and his service was up to par. Lastly, syl Sylvia, the housekeeping lady was fantastic and I had to leave her with a review. Many people are curious about cleanliness of the rooms , because of staff like her, your room Will always feel brand new, fresh, and clean. I will definitely be returning because of these 4 staff members who stood out to me the most, although everyone else was great as well. Thank you, RIU palace Peninsula for a phenomenal vacation with my family at your resort . "

"Stunningly beautiful & clean resort with lots of dining/bar options. Food was phenomenal and drinks were plentiful. Our room was great, with lots of space and nice views, although they weren't consistent with replenishing the snacks/bar fridge (some things got replaced and others didn't, varied day-to-day). Resort was big enough to not feel like you were on top of people but small enough that everything was easy to get to. Shows/entertainment were well done and staff were pleasant and helpful. Being a part of the Excellence Club was a nice perk for the extra use of certain areas & the spa hydrotherapy. Highly recommend this resort!"
