"When we arrived our concierge, Julio was amazing at the Exhale club check-in. One of our pools was closed for renovations, so we were allowed access to the Secrets, pool and Rosewater restaurant. At the Secrets pool, our pool side servers named Edwin and Roger were exceptional. At the Pan Asian restaurant our server Fernando was amazing as well. our server at the Rosewater during breakfast Jose was also great. Oh, and we can’t forget the cleaning staff who took care of our room, exceptional job and thank you very much."

"El cuarto súper limpio todo el tiempo, las personas bien amables, lo único que no nos gustó es que nadamas que llegamos enseguida un señor queriendo que nosotros compráramos los time share nos pusieron una manilla que decía Expedía para identificarnos por donde sacamos el hotel.. el elevador solo funcionó dos días el resto tuvimos que subir hasta el 4to piso por las escaleras lo cual que tenía muy mal olor, la playa súper mala nunca pudimos ni tocar el agua muy mal olor no limpian salgasos, la animación no fue la mejor la música horrible si vas a México es para escuchar y ver cosas tradicionales de ese país no tan Americanizado para eso me quedo en USA al igual que la comida solo dos restaurantes fueron 10/10. Después de las 10pm no había nada para hacer, los tragos principalmente el tequila súper aguado. No fue lo que nosotros esperábamos que fuera nuestras vacaciones. Si no eres Socio o tienes una manilla de calidad tienes restricciones en todo sentido lo mejor es solo para ellos aunque pages por tu viaje. Creo que todos debemos de tener acceso a lo mejor ya que también gastamos nuestro dinero."
