The room was clean and they gave lots of towels. The buffet was nice to pick what you like. The restaurants aren’t anything special but for an all inclusive, it works. Drinks are amazing and definitely get the “spicy mango shot”! Would definitely go back! "

"We had an amazing stay at Ava. A beautiful resort with excellent amenities, especially for families and kids. The rooms were so clean and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job of maintaining them the whole week. We had turn down service in the evening, restocking supplies daily and personalized touches throughout the week. Our Expedia Concierge, Sam, was so amazing. She checked in with me daily, made reservations, changed reservations, helped with anything I needed. The food was very good, a nice variety and the drinks were delicious! Everything is accessible and plentiful. I honestly don’t have a single negative about this place. "
