"It was really dirty, the staff were rude - as if they were forced to be there. Hallways smelt, there were stains on the bedding. No idea of what customer satisfaction means. TV in the room didn’t work either.
If it’s your last resort then alright, otherwise you’d be wasting your money."

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."
