"Great size rooms and one of the cleanliness resorts I've been too. The shows are amazing if your kids can stay up until 10 please make sure you check out the shows. Drinks at the lobby bar are top notch. Everywhere else drinks are 4 star. Food is also 4 star. Tbh we ended up going to the buffet after every restaurant. Buffet was by far the best food in the resort. Beach is beautiful!!! Pools are super cold if it's overcast and cloudy you can't swim. "

"This year we tried a loft room vs a swimup we usually use. We were a little disappointed in the loft as it was too much room for us. It was nice but we missed the swimup. Next year we will go back to the swimup. "

"This was overall an excellent resort. It was very clean including the rooms. Staff were very friendly. The check in experience was great! The food was delicious, plenty of restaurants/food selection at this resort. We had a great time. The reason for the 4 star and not a 5 star review: I tried to contact the hotel directly before attending to confirm our reservation as we booked through Expedia. I was only able to speak to a call centre and I was told there was absolutely no way for me to speak to someone at the hotel and that there was no way to confirm the reservation as I had booked through a third party. I thought this was bizarre and made me feel uneasy not knowing our reservation was confirmed with the hotel directly. Poolside drink service was slow and there were a couple occasions where we would order a drink and it didn't show (even with a tip). This was our Honeymoon, we received a card to bring to a restaurant of our choosing for a romantic dinner which included a bottle of wine. Our waiter began to go over the wine menu and we made a decision. We were then asked if the wine was to be charged to our room, we declined as we thought a bottle was included with our experience. We were provided with a bottle of the house wine which seemed redundant as we could just order as many glasses of house wine as we wanted. The overall dinner experience wasn't anything special. This resort was a bit too expensive for what it was. "

"The place is spotless even all the restrooms around the hotel and they also keep all the restrooms smelling good. Good food. Having your own butler is awesome and if you can request one ask for Octavio. Only had a couple issues and one of them was kinda a big deal. We had a Bday cake set up for after dinner and it never came and my wife did remind the woman that greets you at the restaurant and to make sure she understood us my wife told her in Spanish but even then we felt like the woman just dusted us off. "

"Our multigenerational family enjoyed everything about this resort! The staff was friendly, and accommodating, and the service was impeccable in every venue including housekeeping. Our junior suite was luxurious and so comfy and clean. We enjoyed a combination of the beach and pools each day...so fun! Food was outstanding, and beautifully presented, and it being all-inclusive made the stay so easy! Our gluten free and dairy free family members had so many delicious choices! It truly was a tropical paradise, and the amazing staff made it even more so. Highly recommend!!"
