"This property was gorgeous, you have all access to Dreams Resort next door which is family resort but huge grounds and pretty too! Its a lot to explore, the area is split up into sections they drive you on golf carts around to where you'd like to go. We went to the Brazilian Gaucho restaurant twice it was so good! Stock up on mosquito repellant but they have sprays they offer. Watch out for the front desk at check in, theyll rope you into visiting and "touring" the new hotel 20 minutes away. It wasnt a tour at all, but a sales pitch in order to sell their membership/timeshare. It wasted half of our first day, dont make that mistake. Food was good, no complaints. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was so pleasant, entertainment team works hard. Im not normally a pool girly, but these pools were shaped so cool and different than others, also clean and relaxing. Overall great resort, highly recommend!"

"Everything was amazing. Exceptional tasting food. The best I’ve had in Mexico. Favorite was Dao. So many pools, all were designed with modern feel. Lots of seating around pools. Great service, always around to help and attend to any need. Beautiful resort. To make a perfect resort: have kids club available during dinner time and add another cuisine for a restaurant- maybe French or Lebanese. "

"The Alelier is still a relatively new property and still feels new. The staff were outstanding. We've been to quite a few all inclusive/resorts and I'd put their staff at or near the top. It truly makes the experience special when you are made to feel comfortable. We stayed in an Inspira swim out suite and very much enjoyed it. The roof top pool was the best perk for us. The butler service was quite attentive and helpful. The food was quite good. We aren't overly picky and easily found something we enjoyed at all the restaurants. They had a live rock band one night, and another where they had a dance party where you'd wear headphones to hear the music. Ordinarily I'd say that wouldn't be something we'd enjoy but we went with it and had a blast. We were celebrating an anniversary so decided to splurge a bit beyond what we'd normally spend and we had zero complaints and would do it again."

"Beautiful resort, not too big, not too small. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant for dinner appeared to be understaffed with one waiter covering pretty much the whole restaurant. He forgot we asked him for drinks because he was too busy being a waiter and a bus boy. They say you don't need reservations, however, some restaurants had an hour wait. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would return. "
