absolutely amazing! my wife and I booked this trip last minute and were hesitant as this is an all inclusive resort. we've stayed at several resorts all around the world and this is one of the BEST to date. We will return! We visited in October and the resort and staff were amazing. Mr Paris, concierge for building 40 was very attentive and helpful. There was a mix up with the room situation and the manager Beatrice was so accommodating and followed up to make sure the rest of stay was positive. We traveled with two 9 year olds and all of us rated the experience and resort 10/10! I’d recommend it to everyone!

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. The property is absolutely gorgeous. One of the guests was kidnapped by 6 guys who pulled him into a van and shoved a gun down his throat until he transferred $1,000 via a cash app. This was a 10 minute walk from the property, so stay safe and don't go off the grounds.

The only disappointment was the inability to make restaurant reservations in advance. We were looking forward to enjoying the different restaurant options as promoted vs buffet every morning and night (tho no complaints about the food at the buffet), but even tho we attempted to book right after arrival, we were able to secure only two restaurant reservations.

We stayed at the Grand and the facilities were so clean! You never saw room service trays or random drink cups sitting around. Staff were all beyond friendly and accommodating. Property is very big so they have golf cart service to give rides to wherever you want to go, and we never waited more than a few minutes, if that! Absolutely amazing i spent the extra 400 peseos got a suite right in front of the pool! Had dinner on the balcony.. mosquitos had dinner as well but was still amazing. You get a free entrance to cenote tortuga we took n ice chest some beer and bought a pizza up there great day i cant describe how beautiful it waz not to crowded either . What made our stay most enjoyable is we relaxed and still had great options to keep our 3 year old busy. We don't like overly crowded and party atmosphere resorts and this was the perfect fit. It allowed us the recharge time for quiet moments by the pool with great service and then still could get away to take a kayak or private boat out for the day which was so convenient and overall a wonderful vacation for us as a family of 3.
