"The staff are all helpful and friendly. The resort is beautiful and well maintained. The entertainment is good and diverse. It was disappointing to arrive and find out that one of the pools was not open and instead was being repaired. It was disappointing to learn that the special restaurants were only available on 1 or 2 nights per week. "
