The best deal in Florence. Down feather pillows and a smart TV which was a nice touch during our down time. Adorable and quiet courtyard and only 5 minutes walk to the best of Santo Spirito. Will definitely be staying here again!

It’s rare for a hotel to leave a lasting impression on me, but I cannot stop raving about this gem since we left Florence. Alberto, Diana, Leonardo, and the whole staff were exceptionally wonderful! The hotel is a really nice, quiet, boutique hotel. It is easily walkable to everything around Florence’s city center, as well as the main train station. Samuela, who checked us in at the hotel, was really helpful with suggestions in the area including local shops and restaurants. The room was large, with a modern luxury bathroom, and extremely cold A/C. We will definitely book here again when we come back to Florence.

Beata was an amazing person, she definitely stole my heart! She’s very kind and helpful giving nice tips and suggestions about what to do in Florence! The property is in an amazing location in the center! I would definitely recommend this property!

This property listing was a bit confusing. The photos are photos of different room options I guess. We weren’t really sure what we had booked. But we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Room was very nice, very roomy, and had a great view of the river. Location was perfect to access everything by foot. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had never been to Florence so we did not know what to expect. We were blown away. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. I enjoyed the sauna every morning before sightseeing. I would highly recommend staying here.

Andrew and Paola are so amazing and accommodating. They informed us how to get to the residence, gave us extra duvets when we were a little cold, were very on top of cleaning and COVID protocol, and were very informative. They communicate quickly and informed us very soon after we left about an item left behind, and helped us call a taxi back to airport as we do not speak Italian and needed a very early morning ride. Everything was really good! It was close to the tram station so commuting was easy as well and the host replied very quickly too! The room was spacious and comfortable and the instructions for entry were easy to follow.

We arrived and were treated wonderfully. Our room was brand new both nights (we added on a night so had to transfer, which they did for us). Both rooms were awesome accommodations for families traveling and the bathroom facilities were just spectacular. Staff was excellent and breakfast was worth the price.
