The team here is like family. very kind and welcoming and quick to assist if anything is needed.
There is no traffic noise here. It's comfortable and feels clean.
I found it easy and interesting to walk around the local area finding. few nice cafes, the Ho Chi Min Mausoleum, and just enjoying the local interactions and observations.
