They did have students at this one during my stay however security was excellent at keeping them in their rooms and well behaved during their stay. Staff are helpful and extremely accommodating. They let me use office space so that I could get work done. They made sure I got checked in early and had everything I needed including a charger. The staff were absolutely AMAZING and that’s an understatement. Kudos to this Generator. This was definitely the best staff I’ve ever encountered at a hostel or hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily. Their shower and toilets were also very well and up kept. Not a single shower stall was broken or dirty. "

"Loved our deluxe size room and the folks assisting with the bags, being shown directly to our room and the size, amenities and qualities of all products picked. The blissful bed delivered and was the comfiest of all beds we've stayed at and the noise level was so quiet (assuming there was good noise reduction techiniques in place AND also thenstreet its on is not overrun like some hotels we stayed at closer to victoria station area) that we often slept in numerous days and didnt realize how late it was."

"A great stay, fantastic location on the edge of Hyde Park, close to Lancaster Gate tube station. Ate in the hotel and the food was good value. All in all would definitely return next time we go to London. "

"Good apartment especially for the price. Very clean, with everything needed. I think there’s a laundry room too but didn’t need to use it. So close to King’s Cross too so perfect for getting around London. "
