"Busy location but minimal noise disturbance at night - at least from the street...air con unit was very noisy and had limited effectiveness. Room comfortable for the most part - one narrow window with views of a all and rooftops mainly. Extremely helpful staff on reception - especially Johnny + Rick. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant staff."

"Great location. Easy walk to do many interesting things in Old Hanoi. Nice breakfast buffet or made to order. The staff is fantastic. So friendly and helpful. "Super happy after 2 nights stayed with my family (including seniors and children). Highly recommended. This is the best hotel in Hanoi's old quarter that you can checkin for cleanliness, comfy beds, spacious, short walking distance to all the attractions in the city and nearby many well-known local delicacies and coffee stores, very close to the Sword Lake (Ho Guom), very friendly and helpful staffs,... I was amazed by the great service from the hotel staffs who prepared a take-away breakfast...

Five star hotel at a three star price!
"This is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. They pay attention to every detail. We were warmly greeted and even got drinks and snacks upon arrival. It was hot outside but they had already turned out a/c on in our room so it felt great to relax. The room was clean and spacious and perfect for our short stay. Our flight was delayed and they even made us a takeaway breakfast with sandwiches and fruit at 3am! Highly recommended this wonderful gem if you ever find yourself in Hanoi old quarter. "
