"We loved our stay at the Lotus Boutique. It was right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff was amazing from the minute we checked in. We used the airport transfer service and that was very smooth and easy too. It's a small hotel with basic rooms -- but we'd definitely return. "

" Just spent few days in Hanoi. And Royal Palace hotel is one of the best hotel so far. If you're travelling alone, this hotel is located in Old Quarter area, which popular for tourists, and also near the St Joseph Cathedral. The hotel manager (Jimmy) is a nice guy. He told me some information about Hanoi. And it was useful, since i travelled alone :-). The room is nice, modern mix retro style. Which i love it. The AC is good. Shower with hot water. Clean and tidy. "

"This was an excellent hotel with fabulous staff. The breakfast was included and was delicious with lots of options. I also got a massage in the spa and it was a great experience. I loved the size of our room and our balcony. I also loved the convenience of this hotel to the all the shopping and cultural items like the big lake and the temple. It was wonderful!"

"Excellent location in the middle of old quarter, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was nice and rooms a good size. The pool is ok, but it’s s shame the pool/rooftop bar wasn’t open - we ended up taking the beers from our mini bar to enjoy on the roof for sunset! "
