"This Hotel is a gem! Tucked into a quiet neighborhood just off the fabulous Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen. Good vibes and cool looking rooms. I have a King sized bed and a huge, tiled bath tub with a rain forest shower. The swimming pool is excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional. "

"The property was beautiful. The room is very comfortable and nice and cool. Air-conditioning worked great & loved the room had a ceiling fan as well. The pool area was very nice, but the beach was spectacular very comfortable and the service was great! Breakfast was delicious, lunch was good and dinners were OK. Drinks were all very good. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend it."

"We enjoyed our stay! It was a family ladies trip with my twin daughter’s birthday. The room was great it had a bunk bed for twins and king bed for me. It had a full kitchen that was well stocked and enough room for my husband and sons to visit for a few hours to bring gifts. Monica was great with customer service. She was very kind and accommodating. Great location! We went to the Columbian restaurant across the street. Walmart is kitty corner. A karaoke bar is 1 block away and on the weekend...

"Junior Suite is Great for a long stay. The advertised Executive suite does not have a kitchen. That should be made clearer. Once settled in. It Felt really comfortable and private. Front desk and house keeping are very helpful. Gina especially! Overall, a very pleasant stay. I would recommend "

"Great space. Quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes walk to the fun and noise and people restaurant row. Best of both worlds is you need peace and quiet, yet good food and music/entertainment in a small little community. Great pool, spacious bedrooms, full stocked kitchen with even details that many condos don't provide like the cooking oil, drinking water, napkins, paper towels, salt pepper, sugar, candles out on the veranda etc. The little things add up. Great staff. Awesome cleaning...

"The staff is amazing there. The only thing I will say is don’t take the shopping tour you will get held hostage at a jewelry store for an hour. Also men must wear sleeve shirts tanks are not allowed in any of the restaurants. These are things we weren’t told nor posted anywhere when booking. "
