The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.

First time to stay "in town" and we loved it. Walking distance to lovely restaurants and the waterfront; private, secure, gated courtyard and lovely room; loved the picture window to our private garden. Every member of Staff was so gracious and helpful and loved meeting one of the owners (Jim.) Be sure and rent a car; the Villa has off-street parking agreement with a neighbor; very reasonable rate. Already planning to return next spring (we were there in October.)

Excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff. Super helpful as well. The amenities are great, you have everything you need at your disposal. Absolute great experience! Would recommend 10/10

This place was a home away from home. I spent 9 days with my famiy and friends here and it was everything I expected. Staff is amazing, friendly and professional. We have been many times to CZM and stayed at many places but this has been one of the best of all. Everything was clean and neat, we felt safe at all times and the top pool view is wonderful. The staff was the highlight, thank you Kippal for making our vacation amazing!

reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice

This small eight unit condominium is a no-frills, private get-away that is sure to please anyone trying to avoid the maddening crowds. All units are pure ocean view, from the living room to the bedroom. The kitchen is nicely equipped and stocked with groceries for purchase at a reasonable price. Some of the best snorkeling you'll find is right outside the door. From the private beach you can jump off the diving board into the ocean. (Or use the ladder if that's more your speed!) I like the customer service was great it’s someone always at the from desk. When you needed someone they was always on time to help you with your needs and they always greeting you every time they see you. They help u with transportation if you need it. They was just all around excellent….

Naj Tulum fue una experiencia única y encantadora. Al momento de hacer check-in te hacen una limpieza para quitar las malas vibras y el estrés antes de adentrarte a las instalaciones. Las habitaciones están sumamente limpias, tienen una distribución excelente y la de nosotros contaba con un pequeño picuzzi privado. La verdad es que de tener la oportunidad de volver, lo haríamos.

This is such a great location to base your time in Playa out of. Yea, there are a couple clubs down the street so if your are sensitive to bass then it might not be for you. Then again most of Playa might not be for you. This is a bustling downtown location. But honestly we didn’t have any issues with noise. It’s noticeable yes but you can sleep just fine. Otherwise great location for restaurants, laundry and all the downtown attractions you’d want to visit. Walking distance to basically...

We had an incredible experience at Porto Playa. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome and comfortable. The room was gorgeous. We had the penthouse so it was HUGE with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We had room to spread out and have our own space. The pool is gigantic and so nice to swim in and the hot tubs are also lovely. The staff was so friendly and gracious. It was a pretty slow week so we had the place mostly to ourselves and it was very quiet. I will definitely return.

We stayed for 6 wonderful nights in a 2BR penthouse. Staff were wonderful, A/C and WiFi worked great. The kitchen had just about everything you could need. Bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The public spaces were always well maintained. We loved all of the furnished outdoor spaces, 2 on the main level and the amazing rooftop patio with a hot tub, BBQ, palapa and ocean views! Book a penthouse and you will not be disappointed....Word of warning though, there are a LOT...

We had a really good experience here. It's located in a great neighborhood with a lot of dining options nearby. the staff was really friendly and easy to work with, and also really helpful. The rooms were extremely spacious as well.

This property was not only beautiful but extremely convenient for a location. Close enough to the beach and the city, a perfect medium. Bike to the ruins or into the city. Taxi to the beach and they are all easily accessible. The gym and rooftop are beautiful and peaceful. The private pool I had was so nice I can’t wait to come back. They even provide bikes for you to use it’s perfect.

This is a very small property. Owners are very friendly and nice. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
