"Excellent experience, property location is very convenient, rooms have individual a/c, kitchen area is well equipped, living and dining area spacious, balcony is perfect, the rooftop view is spectacular, all personnel is very professional Miguel, Andi, Carlos, Jonathan, and Joana.All are friendly and they are always willing to assist, tour operator Armin is there to guide with tours or local activities (we purchased the dolphin experience and it was amazing!). "The courtyard and grounds were a magical, lush and creative landscape. It was so tranquil especially in the evening with the pretty lighting and the large comfy hammock. It belies the outward appearance of the building (which is clean, bright and colourful). We were pleasantly surprised and as a bonus in May, we had it all to ourselves. No TV in the room, and we didn't miss it lol."

"The location was perfect. Walking distance from the ferry terminal and a couple of rent car companies. The staff were kind and the breakfast and rooftop pool were very nice. The night club in front of the hotel was a little noisy, but not a serious problem."

"My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe! The rooms are comfortable— the beds are especially cozy and nice. The cleaning lady asked if the room needed refresh and was pleasant to organize a good time with us. Our terrace had an ocean view to the side, as does the roof deck with a palapa and some chairs and a pool—It was all ours when there with a panoramic...

"We felt at home when we were staying at the Hotel Segovia. There was one or two other individuals standing on the property. It was quiet and very comfortable. A person was always stationed at the front and that was very comforting that it was safe. Breakfast was made to order each day. The menu was an American type breakfast - eggs (made your way), bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, OJ, Coffee. I would highly recommend because it’s close to the Centro and fairly priced in March. "

"The staff was very pleasant, especially the morning food servers."

"Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "
