"The trip was over my birthday and the staff even surprised me with a special birthday decorated room!!!!! Breakfast "buffet" is always fresh options and very tastey!! We will always stay at Casa Mexicana when in Cozumel!!!!"

"We loved our stay here. Villas El Encanto is located in a quiet residential area with lots of lovely bakery and breakfast options nearby. Our accommodation was excellent. 5 of us (incl 3 teenagers) stayed in a very cool and comfortable family cabin with filtered water and a fully equipped kitchen area. We enjoyed the pool area as well as the pretty garden. Thank you so much for a lovely stay - the kids were very sad to say goodbye to the dogs :-)"

"No sé ni por dónde empezar...todo nos encantó.
Llegamos al aeropuerto, salimos y al cruzar la calle está el hotel; al entrar Don Daniel fue muy amable al recibirnos y nos asignaron una habitación al instante.
La habitación con una cama extragrande y super cómoda, contaba con frigobar, horno de microondas y demás electrodomésticos. El baño con agua caliente.
Al día siguiente nuestro desayuno estaba listo al despertar ya que se nos pregunto la noche anterior si deseábamos algo y a qué hora......

"Nous recommandons d'éviter les 2 premières chambres à l'entrée car la vue de la fenêtre donne sur un mur surmonté de fil barbelé ! Les autres chambres ont une petite terrasse et sont face à de très belles plantes (comme sur les photos), ce qui est quand-même beaucoup plus charmant et surtout moins déprimant que le barbelé ! "My second time choosing to stay here. It’s now my “go-to” when I come to Cozumel! The front desk reception guy is so friendly and helpful the place has a nice “I’m at home” vibe! "Excellent stay. Very comfortable room and shared spaces. We rented a scooter a few days directly from the property which was very convenient. Location is a little away from downtown which we found to be more quiet. Felt safe walking around even at night. There are several great food options within a few blocks. Would definitely stay again when in the area. "
