"Clean room, if you book an ocean view make sure u are facing ocean view and not sided. Great and friendly staff. Great food especially the french and Italian ones. Nice shows every night at the theatre. Pool okay but ocean was great! Overall I loved it "

"Loved the food and all Of the staff. The common restrooms were incredibly Clean! Beach is very nice and rooms nice and clean. Buffet restaurant could have some Updates esp with dirty and stained cushions on seats and also the outside area which was not taht clean Also too many left over food from In-room service left put in the corridor left out for way too long ( more than 12 hrs)"

"No me gustó que todo el tiempo intentan vender, incluso me marcaron a la habitación a las 8:00 am para seguir vendiendo y eso 3s muy cansado. Fui muy claro con la primera persona que se nos acercó después del check in y le dije que iba en plan familiar y tranquilidad, a descansar. Y sin embargo no les importó y todos los días de mi estadía recibí llamadas telefónicas al cuarto para intentar venderme "privilegios" y eso cansa."

"The pool area and the pool bar are great with a good selection of drinks. The restaurant is pretty good too. Moderate to high prices, but the taste and quality of the food is above average. Rooms have been remodeled but not improved. If you are facing the lagoon, you will on the highway side, which is super loud at night time. Expend extra to face the sea and get minimal noise during night time hours. "
