It was a beautiful hotel! Just down the street from Westminster Abbey. Excellent breakfast. Towel warmer in the bathroom. It was absolutely lovely!

It was close enough to central London by subway & the subway takes you to the airport

Excellent from start to finish. Slippers in the room, reasonable price bar and breakfast. Clean and has everything in the room like iron, hair dryer, vanity pack and shower cap, soap. Great customer service

Beautiful property. Funky vibe. Close to shopping! Notting Hill is a charming walkable area.

The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again

We loved our stay at Luna Simone. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the perfect start to the day. The family made us feel very welcome and went out of their way to accommodate my family. Beds were comfortable and the room was spotless. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Excellent property with outstanding staff. The restaurant was also surprising good. The Lamb Shank the best I have ever had.

Facilities were very clean and helpful staff. The thermostat worked very well and the hotel was conveniently located to the Earl's Court Station.

Nice place

The staff is outstanding, the free breakfast buffet is really nice the theme of this hotel is very interesting “cinema”

This was my first time to stay in a Z Hotel. I totally loved it! I was in one of the smallest rooms, but I was solo and it worked out just fine. You could make it work with a couple as long as you planned to be out and about most of the day. It was very clean. It was very quiet. The location could not be beat. Right in the heart of Covent Garden. so close to all of the public transportation. I rarely used the tube and walked everywhere. Great restaurants nearby. Just a little tip, I hung up my...

Great place to stay. Easy pick up and drop off for taxis and coffee shops next door. Staff was friendly and helpful

This was a very convenient stay right outside Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very clean and easy to check in and drop bags after a long day of travel.

Yes the decor might be a bit retro but we had excellent service. Their breakfast buffet is by far the best that my husband and I have been to after staying in several London hotels. They also have a nice afternoon tea service with delicious sandwiches and scones. The layout of the rooms was challenging & we got lost several times trying to find our room!!The #9 bus is literally next to the hotel & it will take you to the Covent Garden area.Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London! The room was small, but exactly as expected, and everything was clean and well maintained. The location was absolutely amazing and made my trip 10,000 times better. It was the perfect place to stay while exploring London, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip!
