"One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out.
Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. "
"It's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay."
"Great for Peak District, lively pub with atmospheare...well prepared food at reasonanle prices and nice and quiet after 11 or so.... full breakfast with options. Really enjoyed a one nighr stop and would return whrn next out hiking!"
"Nice hotel, well placed in city centre near to train station. Can't comment on parking as we were on motorcycles and were able (with prior permission) to park outside the entrance. Room was ok, bed comfy, reception provided mint tea bags when requested without an issue. Breakfast had everything any one could need. The only advice I would give future patrons would be to not assume the room with be cleaned/bed made up unless you actually leave a notice on your door by 11.00pm the night before...
