It's a big chain hotel, so not really an individual type experience, but the staff were friendly and helpful and it suited what I needed. Biggest downside is the price, but then this is central London and nothing is cheap (or even remotely good value for money) here."

However there was noise of water from shower from room above and, bizarrely, our room’s shower cubicle opened directly onto/ over the walkway between the door and the bed, with the door opening over a floor covered in cheep MDF laminate.
