"Great spot"

"It's a beautiful hotel in the city center. Staff was amazing. Nice terrace for coffee and drink. I really enjoyed the stay"

"The Social Hub is a great hotel—modern, stylish, minimalist, and incredibly convenient. It’s especially well suited to the independent traveler who appreciates a contemporary, self-service approach. For me personally, being in Florence, I would have preferred a slightly more traditional and full-service hotel experience. The self check-in process and technology-driven approach are modern and very well executed, but they weren’t necessarily a highlight of my vacation. That is entirely a matter...

"Everything is great."

"The Bernini Palace is beautiful and near everything. Our only disappointment is the small room and looking at another building out our window. Staff is great. Breakfast delicious!"

"Everything was great, staff were helpful. A couple comments I do have are: One of the staff let themselves into our room in the morning while I was still sleeping then saw me and said “sorry” and turned around and walked out. Weird. Also the room had a lot of thick cob webs and didn’t seem that they dust the room. Other than that, it was a very nice room and clean comfortable beds. Handicap accessible room needs some type of shower curtain to contain the water or the whole bathroom becomes a...

"The staff was amazing and very helpful on recommendations for dining/attractions. I will be back for breakfast - excellent selections and the staff was excellent!!"

"Laundry was very important while traveling. Room was clean, hotel was clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. The staff was the best part, the hotel had kind and helpful persons at all points of contact. Front desk was staffed with kind and welcoming people. The pool bar we encountered 2 different people during our 3 day stay. Both were exceptional. Daniel and a woman whose name I don't recall but started with a V. are the kind of employees who reflect very well on your facility and I hope they...

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"The hotel its grounds are really beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is quite a ways outside the historic center of Florence. They offer a shuttle service that operates from 9:00-1:00 and then again in the late afternoon until 8:00. We found it hard to make this schedule work with our plans. For example it is customary to have dinner at 7:00pm or later at the restaurants in the city so very hard to get the shuttle home. Taxis are expensive...

"Everything was good for room , staff , breakfast and location."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccable. Beautiful! The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Our dinner was wonderful. The location was an easy walk 15-20 minutes to about everything."

"Excellent location, beautiful, clean and comfortable rooms - excellent staff and the rooftop has stunning views. Highly recommended."

"Super convenient location. Friendly staff. Very nice spacious room and bathroom. Nespresso machine in the room. Breakfast buffet was included but we couldn’t locate it"

"Wonderful stay at the Minerva hotel. Perfect location for exploring around the city, and of course you can’t beat the view from the rooftop pool."

"Would stay there again."

"Great location if you’re wanting to train for any day trips. Friendly staff and great food. Recommend the breakfast and having a dinner at the rooftop restaurant."

"Great hotel! Walking distance to all touristy places. We appreciated how clean it was. The rooms are big."
