"The conifer is an intimate boutique hotel with all the amenities, but none of the officiousness. We enjoyed our two nights stay with them tremendously, and I highly recommend this property. It is well located and yet slightly off track from the high tourist areas."

"It's centrally located, and we had a room for $55, which was great for this place.The staff is very friendly although we arrived at 4am in the morning. We were given a room to take a shower until our room was ready. Sulli from the reception was very helpful with information and tour bookings. She gave us a great deal for our Bai Tu Long bay tour. Breakfast is excellent. We spent 1 month traveling in Vietnam and this hotel was the best we tried so far. "
