This time I booked & prepaid only to find, quite by chance, that they had effectively cancelled my booking WITHOUT FORMALLY TELLING ME so they could carry out a long term refurbishment. On the day of my supposed check-in the place was a building site. I'd had the foresight to rebook at another place so that at least I had somewhere to stay at the start of my 3 month visit to Hanoi. "This was a very clean and comfortable property. We felt very safe coming and going. They treated us great. We were able to leave our bags there before check-in and after checkout. The breakfast is available until 9:00am, and they offered that to us when we arrived even though we were not going to be checking in until later that day. The staff were very helpful and friendly."
