"This was such an enjoyable stay. This hotel is in an excellent position right in the heart of old town near the lake. The two standouts here are the absolutely amazing buffet breakfast. It was so great. The staff were also superstars. Our host May checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very kind and helpful. Every single staff member at this hotel was a delight. The service was top tier. Would recommend this hotel because of the staff alone. Great job everyone!"

"Stop looking and stay here. That staff goes above and beyond to take care of its guests. From walking you across the street (if you don't know about crossing the street in vietnam, you will lol), to keeping you safe and happy. I'll definitely stay here again. Best staff ever."

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"
