"Girlfriend and I had a very relaxing trip. The butler service is 10/10. Cannot recommend Villa 66 enough (Bernardo and George are the best). Drinks were good but inconsistent across the resort. Lots of restaurants across all of the resorts (we couldn’t do half of them in 8 days!). Private pool was awesome, can’t recommend enough. Good access to lots of Cenotes nearby. Non vacation club members (like us) were left feeling like the value of our dollar was less. The sales pitch upon arrival watered down our arrival experience."

The Spa and Restaurant choices were top notch. At times there seemed to be some miscommunication between concierge and other employees on the property. But, all in all it was perfect and we can’t wait to stay there again! "
