"What a gorgeous property. I felt so connected to nature during my stay because this property is built within a mangrove. Tons of shade everywhere when you want to get out of the sun and the cutest little Coatis throughout the resort. I love that this hotel was small enough to have everything easily accessible and there was not a need for golf carts to get around like some other massive resorts. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They are so hospitable. Special shout out to Omar. He met our family right when we arrived and he was checking in throughout our stay helping with everything from reservations to beach chairs. If you get him, you’re lucky and make sure you take care of him. He works super hard. The hotel has so many activities and a beautiful kids club for the little ones. Unfortunately mine are too old to enjoy but nonetheless he had a great stay. The architecture and property is incredibly beautiful. All the restaurants are very pretty as well. If I had to pick something to complain about it it would be that the drinks can be watered down at the beach, they don’t serve food at the beach, and the Mexican restaurant Cielo was a big miss for us. I would also like to have seen the older kids be allowed in the adults only restaurants, maybe 16 years old and up. The beach was a little rocky in some areas and the water maybe not as blue as I’m used to in Mexico but that might be because of the seaweed season that just ended. We would definitely come back here"

"From Roberto at the front desk when I first arrived made sure I would be able to enjoy my stay. My room was always clean and some special touches. The Grand Palladium catered to all guests, young and old. The beaches were kept amazingly clean. The food was great, the a la carte restaurants were easy to book and had great food. Any issues that came up were dealt with in a professional manner. "

"Huge shoutout to the staff who made this trip such an amazing experience. To start, Eduardo & Alonso who took us to our room and helped us with our bags both checking in and checking out very quickly became friends we looked forward to seeing throughout the week. Lisandra with the butler service at our villa was so caring and kind and her smile brightened our days. Antonio (aka Silvertooth) with the bartending service was such a pleasure to interact with. Carlos was our server at El Gaucho and while the food itself was absolutely phenomenal there, Carlos made the experience that much more enjoyable; he seems to love his job and his customers immensely. Lastly, Enrique at the front desk made the check in process so smooth and got us excited to start our much needed vacation. All of these staff members are a phenomenal addition to the team here at TRS Yucatan. Thanks again for an amazing trip!"
