"We just returned from a 7 day stay. The housekeepers did an excellent job, our room was spotless everyday. Minifridge was restocked daily. Food was amazing, our best meals were at Krystal and the Italian restaurant. We also enjoyed the coffee bar! "

"Pros: trees, animals, pools, staff, large property, lobby décor, direct access to Xcaret park (great perk!), large dining buffet areas, drinks, family friendliness, room size Cons: salesy concierges in the buildings is annoying, food is "ok" but not great, room bathrooms could use some TLC/improvements, power was out for 1-2 hours at a time, hot water was out for a while too. Overall: I'd say it's a good value for the money spent! Kids loved it! Having the room that included unlimited Xcaret access was a bonus, as we went there 4 days on that alone."

I cannot say enough good things about this place. As picky eaters we struggled a little bit when it came to the food at the buffet but the snack bar and other safe options were always available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "
