"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel — it was better than we expected. The staff was always very attentive and helpful, always greeting us with smiles and kindness; truly very professional. The facilities were very clean, and the room service was excellent. We would definitely come back. Just one remark: on our last day, I believe there was maintenance being done in the room next door, and because of that, a smell of paint or thinner was coming through the ventilation, which caused throat irritation for my wife. My suggestion is to avoid assigning guests to rooms that are close to those undergoing construction or maintenance."

"I recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at Dreams Jade, and from the moment I arrived it was clear I was in good hands. The resort delivered exactly what I needed, a relaxing, fun, and well-run getaway that balanced comfort with great entertainment and outstanding service. The restaurants were consistently impressive, the adult pool was my home base most days, and the nightly entertainment never disappointed. The fire show and Mayan show were absolute standouts, karaoke was a blast, and the DJ kept the energy high without ever feeling over the top. My room was cozy, clean, and a perfect retreat after long sunny days. What truly made the trip exceptional was the staff. Their teamwork and warm hospitality created the kind of experience that keeps guests coming back. A huge thank-you to th staff. "⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service, Average Food at Dreams Riviera Cancun My partner and I recently stayed at Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa for four days to attend a wedding reception. Overall, the trip was wonderful, despite two days of rain. What We Loved (5/5 Stars) The absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff and service. The employees were genuinely nice and treated us with such respect, making us feel like family. Their personalized attention truly elevated the experience. A special shout-out goes to the concierge. We needed a last-minute babysitter for the wedding reception, and they immediately helped us find a reliable sitter. This support was a lifesaver! Furthermore, the entire resort was noticeably clean and well-maintained. The only major drawback was the dining. 3/5 Stars) Unfortunately, the food was consistently average. I can't offer many compliments on the meals, and the quality could definitely be improved to match the excellent standard set by the service and facilities. We did experience rain for two of the four days, but the staff's positive demeanor and the lovely resort atmosphere still allowed us to have a good time indoors. I would highly recommend Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa, particularly for the amazing staff and beautiful, clean environment. If you can overlook "

"Third time staying at this resort. 1st as the Royale, 2nd as the Hilton and now the Hyatt. Everything was just as perfect as the first time! "

"This is now our favourite resort for sure!!! The food is amazing, no matter where we ate we always left full and happy! It was really easy to make reservations for the restaurants we wanted to try, we just made sure to be on the website by 9am and never had any issues.The whole resort including the rooms were super nice and clean, the resort is also the perfect size and everything is just a few minutes walk which we loved. The pools were big and there was a lot of seating around each one. We spent most of our time at the pool with the swim up bar, the energy was awesome no matter the weather or time of day. Huge thank you to Eduardo who made the best drinks down at swim up bar all week, he was so friendly and knew our drinks before we even ordered!! The entertainment team is also amazing, Rose, Justin, Johnny, Fabian and Melissa made our trip so memorable, they had fun games like water polo and basketball and bingo as well as volley ball and water aerobics every single day! They always brought the energy, the best vibes and lots of laughs!! The night shows are also great and entertaining for any age. No matter where you are on the resort the staff is so nice and helpful, like I said this is now our favourite resort and we will for sure be back next year <3"
