"We had a fantastic stay at Conzulmeno Beach Resort! The beach is stunning with clear turquoise water and plenty of shade under straw umbrellas. Our kids loved spotting sea creatures like baby rays, swordfish, sea urchins and different types of fish. They also enjoyed spending time in the pool by the beach. At night we often took a taxi to the center which is only 10 mins away.
Huge thanks to the amazing staff—Paulino, Santiago, Carlos, Pedro, Fernando and Oscar—for their great service. Special shoutout to Alejandro, Eyahir, and Yaneth at La Veranda for the surprise birthday cake, David in the lobby bar for top-notch cocktails, and Manuel at the buffet grill for his delicious omelettes. An unforgettable vacation! We can’t wait to go back! "
"A la carte restaurants were excellent including the mayan diner and even the buffet was offering multiple different otpuons everyday.
All pools were really clean and the resort was really well maintained (gardening and clean).
The conciergerie (Elias) and the restaurant booking (Angelica Laura) really facilitate our stay and make us co sider to return next year at the same resort.
Ramon the wedding coordinator was efficient and answered all our questions to plan a possible wedding there.

"We stayed for one week in July 2025 and we truly had an amazing time. Rooms are nice and spacious with ocean view...yes all rooms face the ocean! The food is out of this world! Tastes amazing and the variety is endless. We were able to book a la carte for 5 nights and wach restaurant was impressive. Beautiful property, well kept and service is outstanding! Thank you staff for apoiling us!"

"I liked that there’s different restaurants/ places to choose from between lunch and dinner and the one restaurant for breakfast has a huge variety. What I didn’t like was that “All inclusive “ was not really all inclusive, I don’t like hidden fees charged at the very end when you are doing the check out about to leave the hotel. I was charged an Environmental Fee before leaving the hotel. Also the video advertisement on their social media page never mentions that there’s additional cost for the breakfast that includes the greet and meet with the characters. So I wouldn’t call it ALL inclusive "
"Grand Residence continues to be a great option for the family, with fabulous services and overall quality. However, the ($$$) signature food options on the menus need to removed, it doesn’t do justice to the “Grand” all-inclusive plan."
