"I only have two things about this experience I would make better, but they were bigger things that did change the experience. 1. Offer transportation to and from the airport and include it in the price of the stay. We had a terrible start to the trip due to transportation and it is a safety issue. 2. Don’t hustle me while we are trying to enjoy our trip. Clearly we booked you before you even started trying to get us to book your resort, so why are you pressuring us to come to a breakfast...

"This resort is very boring, especially with kids. There is 0 activities for kids (there is a kids club, but it was closed.) All you can do there is swim and eat and drink. Food was okay at first, but after 3 days, it got boring. The pool bar had one entry/exit (ladder). The balcony we had looked out on the big a/c unit, which was very loud and never stopped. So if you want a quite, no entertainment, no activities, all-inclusive - this place is for you!"

"We liked the pool area. Had a great view of ocean from the pools. Felt very safe. Some staff were very helpful and nice. We loved the coffee shop. Those ladies worked so hard with a great attitude! And the coffee lattes were awesome!!! Some of the waiters were not so nice. Our biggest complaint was the hard sell of going to a time share presentation. We said no. I was very disappointed in the wine. If you wanted a quality wine, you had to buy a bottle and it was about 6X more than it was...
