You have to pay for everything u do there my room had breakfast included . Jet ski was avg 67usd for 30 mins I had to pay 22 usd daily service charges . They have four resturant food quality is 5 to 7 stars . Avg launch or dinner per two adults and kid like 150 usd to 250 usd . Over all I am happy with my visit .

Spent a couple of nights at this hotel. It was very nice, super clean and new, great amenities, loved the decor, had a nice ocean view on the fifth floor. Location was great, walking distance to fifth avenue and restaurants and shops. Ate breakfast at the hotel, their chilaquiles were excellent! I would not hesitate to stay here again for a convenient short stay and would definitely recommend to others. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were all great!

This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing.
