"Purchased platinum bands staying it would include better alcohol, there was no difference. We were charged at dinner for the better alcohol. Only plus out of it was the room service. The resort overall was great though. I’d go back. "

"Beautiful resort, wonderful staff, and very relaxing. We loved our suite, made friends with almost ever staff memeber, ate so much great food, and fell asleep about 9000 times under a beach front cabana. What more can I say.!!"

"We loved the staff and it’s difficult to say who was the best! Good variety of food choices everyday and restaurants (Jorge at Dolce Vita is the best manager)! We also loved the shows in the evening. Decent beach area and the crew works hard on everything including trying to keep the sargasso at bay. We would love to make this our regular place in Playa Del Carmen! "
