We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. Everything appeared just as stated in the description. The ENTIRE staff was amazing, Loving and caring. We started March 18-24, 2024. I have no complaints but was asked to leave a review in reference at anythings I thought could help better visitors existence. Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.

My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at, food so good, very clean, staff so nice.

Must knows: At the airport… just keep walking and find your transport outside. Do not stop to speak to the people at the counters. They are selling you tickets to timeshare presentations. At the hotel… Skip the ‘vacation club’ presentation if you don’t want to lose 6-8 hours and spend $50k. It is not 90 minutes and it’s not cheap. The property was amazing. The food was great. Everything about the property was wonderful. The staff, leadership, and employees COULD NOT have been nicer and more helpful. Food was the best I've had at an all-inclusive. The only thing about it that wasn't perfect was the bar drinks - the mixes tasted cheap and the drinks were not strong. That being said, the service MORE than made up for a very minor issue. If the drinks matched the rest - this place would be HEAVEN!

Hotel is in a new upscale marina area with lovely view. Very quiet and secure with an entrance in lobby allowing you to walk straight to probably the nicest mall in Cancun with many nice restaurants.

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. Just returned from a week at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We booked this property because it shares privileges with Secrets, which is connected via 5 minute walk on a pathway or a quick golf cart ride. This made our stay better because we could jump between properties. Our only complaint was on our first day the check in process wasn’t as smooth as we hoped, as they need 1-2 more staff checking in guests on the busy days like the weekends. Habanero was closed, so that was a bit disappointing. But Jorge, who manages the fresh margarita stand, always greeted us with a smile and made the best kiwi margarita! Definitely would comeback for him:)

Recently stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again. It was close to the ferry( walking distance) close to shopping, there was grocery stores/shopping near. north beach ( voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world) is walking distance. They have a continental breakfast included which is pretty basic but does the trick. The pool is nice. My room was a bay view and the view was breathtaking. Absolutely beautiful property and outstanding amenities! Nothing is perfect but this was as near perfect as it could be. Lovely room. Awesome pools. Best and most consistently excellent customer service we have ever experienced, from golf cart drivers to family host, restaurant workers, bell hops..every one was accommodating, kind, and all seem to truly love there jobs

The property is absolutely gorgeous. One of the guests was kidnapped by 6 guys who pulled him into a van and shoved a gun down his throat until he transferred $1,000 via a cash app. This was a 10 minute walk from the property, so stay safe and don't go off the grounds.
