"Got this as our main base while we go about London. Its location is very good, across a pub and about 30 steps to Victoria station where you can easily get transportation, and food. It is close to Buckingham palace,Green park and Westminster. Rooms are sufficient and clean, it has a/c so that is amazing. The family room can sleep 4 people and that is a plus in our books. Lobby is small and intimate. There are no lifts in this place so be careful specially if you have heavy luggage’s. The floors are very thin and noisy and if that person above you decided to move furniture at 3pm, YOU WILL HEAR IT. One other thing is that there is someone in the reception that reeks BO and if that person is the first point of contact by the guest, it is a major turn off and reflects the business and brand. "

"Had a late flight back to London, the Belgrave is very convenient for London Victoria which is a direct train from Gatwick Airport. The night porter was very friendly and attentive despite us arriving very late. The room was comfy and very well equipped. "

"I chose the hotel for location and price though it quickly became apparent why it was inexpensive. The first room I was given had only a broken key and upon entering, I found there was no way to lock the room while inside. They gave me another room which did lock but seemed surprised at that fact. Doorknobs fell off when used, much of the hotel seems in a state. "
